Quality Assurance Capability

Mandatory inspection for each set is implemented in the delivery inspection. The delivery inspection result records are sometimes provided to customers according to customer requirements.

QA/QC Inspectors

We have 3 QA/QC inspectors in total. They are responsible for organizing the inspection and debugging of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.

On-site Material Inspection

The clear written instruction and records are available for onsite material inspection and testing.

Finished Products Inspection

Finished products inspection includes inspection of equipment’s performance, accuracy, safety and appearance. Only after the finished product has passed the inspection,the product can be packaged.

One Year Warranty

The machine warranty is 1year. We provide free repair and replacement of damaged parts during the warranty period.We only charge you the cost if the damaged parts are out of the warranty. If you want to extend the warranty,we need to charge extra service fee.
